Adam (you can call me Alex)

Well, now I've got my head through the door after that headline (!)... In all seriousness, I get all shy when I write these things... yer right! At the time of going to press, I'm 22. I work as a Team Manager for Lloyds TSB autolease. The team I look after sell car finance to businesses (yawn!). Anyhow, it's a great job and I enjoy it a lot. I live in the lovely city of Worcester and commute 80 miles each day to the not so lovely Birmingham. I'm currently studying for my Diploma in Management and hope to become a member of the Chartered Institute of Managers (CIM) in March 2007. It's a lot of hard work but I am extremely ambitious and for that reason, the hard work is needed now! To be around, most of my friends say I'm funny, bubbly and energetic (are those the same thing?!). I've recently had a bit of a 'life change' and now I find myself much more grounded and able to deal with the various things that life throws at you. I live in a lovely terraced house, just a stones throw away from the River Severn. I moved here with my boyfriend Tom, back in June 2005. Since then the house has undergone a major refurb. Most of the work has been done by yours truly (new kitchen, new floors, electrics etc). It's now an extremely nice place to be and Tom keeps the place cosy and clean... with a little help from our cleaner, te he he! There's no question that I am a socialite. I love meeting new people and experiecing new things. Having said that, I have been racing around for the last 7 years trying to please everyone and rarely stopped to think about me and those close to me. Subsequently, I now have very few friedships, but the ones I do have I treasure. I have recently discovered the pleasures of having a night in, watching dreadful television and just relaxing. I guess you could say I've discovered a new dimension!
