Atlanta's(South Carolina) finest R&B recording group Triple 5th, or TP5 as some would like to call them consist of four members, j5, Tai, Wise and Mozae'. While each member has their own distinctive personality and style, together they embody diverse elements in a catalytic reaction to give the ensemble an electric flair. Each member brings something different to the musical table, but what they all have in common is the same level of passion which allows them to pour their hearts and souls into their music. Like every up and coming artist trying to make it in the "game", Triple 5th has been through the trials and tribulations. Though they've made it through, more obstacles are expected. But what this talented group expects out of themselves is to get through the hard times as they have done before in the past. Hard work pays off and that has proven to be true for the dynamic foursome. The constant time and effort that they put in to writing, producing and recording has gotten them notoriety in not only the states of Georgia and South Carolina (where the group is originally from), but the whole East Coast. "The support has been crazy from day one", says group member j5. TP5's fan base is quickly growing, spreading to other regions of the country, and soon the world. Everyone seems to be taking note. The group recently even caught the eye of Kool G Rap, a pioneer of Hip-Hop music. Triple 5th is featured in one of Kools songs. Other artist and record executives have taken notice as well. As of now, the group is talking to a few major labels about a record deal. The fact of the matter is that when this group sings, they create an epic sensation that must be heard and can not be resisted. Though they provide the harmony that allows them the great exposure, these young men dont take all of the credit. "We cant just credit ourselves" says Mozae', "everyone works equally as hard, from the people we have pushing our music to the writers and producers on the team, everyone deserves the credit". With the likes of super producer Damazio (3D Ent.) on the beats and songwriter extraordinaire Fred Green on the writing team providing some of the lyrics, TP5 is well on their way to becoming one of R&Bs most coveted groups in a long time. The road for Triple 5th has been a long one which certainly has had its share of pot holes and speed bumps along the way. These men are on a mission though. They have a goal, they share a dream , and they will stop at nothing to achieve that goal and capture that dream.
