I aint got much to say unless im drunk. I was born in the old Republic south of the Red River(Sherman,Texas)& raised in CADDO, Indian Territory(Oklahoma). Im proud of my Southern heritage & can't stand yankees puttin down Dixieland.
Ive stood among th Giant Sequoias, watched th fog roll into th Redwood forest @ dusk, lived in Yellowstone National Park, been chased up a tree by a pissed off bison cow, & lived in hell (aka th Texico panhandle). I didnt cut my hair for 5 years (in college) & now have grown a Buffalo Bill Cody beard & mustache.
Workin in Yellowstone changed my life, they turned me into a cowboy. I actually got paid to learn to ride a horse, then ride in th back country were not many people get a chance to go. We rode about 8 -10 hours a day. We had close encounters with Grizzlies & got charged by a pissed off Bison bull, it was awesome!!!
Im addicted to hunting Wild Turkeys, nothin better than a fired up tom gobblin his head off at sunrise! Well I lied, shootin a longbeard is always better.
I like to have fun & laugh & love the Aloha fajitas @ Jalapenos in Durant. I like going to Cellarmans & Buffalo Wild Wings in Sherman.
Ive been known to get wild & crazy sometimes, especially in my younger days.
heres a few favorites: beer: Fat Tire; liquor: Crown Royal; color: red; tree: bois d'arc (Osage orange or hedge apple to yankees) thats about it i guess oh yeah, im really into carvin jackolanterns 4 halloween, usually carve around 20 (with help from my brother)we did 22 this year(06)
