The Skinnies are 4 guys who've known each other a long time, share similar musical taste and distaste and have played together in different groups but not until now together as a dedicated original band. They have been polishing this up for a year now (as of late summer 2006) and have made it their focus to craft a cohesive sound that can rock your face or lull it into a daydream.

We have posted some demos of a few songs.  We didn't use a computer (until it came time to share it).  We only had 8 tracks.  We did it ourselves (minus a couple pieces of borrowed gear...

the thin demos

The demos are finally coming along again...we go to start mixing next week...keep in mind they are rough sketches at this point, but being that we are reinventing grunge, maybe that's what we are goin...

WE HAVE NO TRACKS UP......yet

So, we are aware that one can post music up here.  We actually have some.  and we plan to put something up for you to hear.  Except that one of my ADATs ate a tape.  SWEET!
