Hi there! I'm Kim! But people at work know me as Kimberlee! I am 20! And i work at UAB in the ER Trauma unit! I am a EMT-Basic! and i work for Brookside Fire Department! i have been there for about umm... 5 years on my birthday! I love hanging out with my co-workers! And Love my co-workers! And they love me sometimes! Onto a more serious note! I would like to take a moment and speak on a very special subject that is close to my heart! When i was 7 years old I was diagnosed with a chronic disease called diabetes! For those that dont know, it is a disease that effects basicly your whole body in time! First off I had to take shots like 3 times a day! Now my body is starting to reject the medicine that is supposed to save my life, and i have to take 4 shots a day just to stay out of the hospital and being 6 feet under if you get what I mean! So please help me raise awareness of this dangerious and deadly disease at www.diabetes.org! thanks!!! ..
