My name is Tara Selena DeLancy-Burroughs and I was born in the state of Florida aka "The Trigga State". But my family is originally from Nassau, Bahamas. So, I'm reppin' that 772 & 242 all day, everyday Baby! (I normally don't claim my Island side cuz they all crazy, but my bestfriend, Audrey (who happens to be Jamaican), inspired me. Lol!) But right now, I reside in Prince George, Virginia. That's 2 up and 2 down for all yall that don't know! I'm a Military Brat which means I've been everywhere! I haven't always been as happy and strong as I am now, or as truthful.(lol) Back in the day, I was a Grimey a** female. You, have to be when you deal wit people who you THINK are your friends, and especially when you attend Baumholder American High, in Germany! I WOULDN'T WISH THAT SCHOOL ON ANYBODY.(lol) But once I moved from Maryland (Big Ups to my PG County friends in MD.) to Virginia, everything started to change for me. I met some down ass people, who were ride or die for me, and I was the same for them. I started my Senior year at Prince George High School. I really enjoyed myself there and got into alot of stuff, but, I wouldn't trade none of those events for anything in the world! Because, not only did I meet my bestfriend Audrey Watkins, who has been my nigga since 2000, and is the realest Bitch I know! (Shoutout to Audrey aka Royalty, Alicia H aka Ms. Grown & Sexy, and Tyree aka Squeezer!) but, I also met my future husband & father of my two beautiful children, Dante' Burroughs. I'm happy now and living life to its fullest! I no longer have to be fake or trifilin' to fit in. I'm just being me. I keep it trill all day everyday, so if U don't like it back...back. But to ANYONE that I've hurt in the past or given problems, (whether ur a friend or family member) I'm sorry and I hope your life is going as well as mine. Keep it light, and remember that no matter how shady your past is, in the end, if you try to do right by yourself and others, God WILL bless you! Shoutout to Maquona Whitaker(Rest in peace Mrs. Whitaker. Your in a better place now), Denita Jones my sista and dearest friend, Marva Mallory, Christine S., Amber Rodriguez, and all my PG High friends and Baumholder friends who have stood by me through everything.
