What can I say??? Every year we congregate in a field in Upper Salford, PA, and party like rock stars for 6 days!!! This is our sacred ground, and our place to forget our lives, and play music and do things our mommies told us not to for 5 days...

MY 34TH BIRTHDAY - AT FOLK FEST THIS YEAR!!!!

Philadelphia, PA - May 29, 2008 - I am THRILLED to learn that my birthday this year (August, 14th) falls on the Thursday that we get to Folk Festival!!!! You know what this means, right????

I AM GOING TO HAVE A HUGE BLOWOUT AT FEST THIS YEAR!!!!

This is a first, and very strange as well, because this year will mark my 17th fest - COINCIDING WITH my 34th Birthday - WHICH MEANS THAT - I HAVE BEEN AT FEST EXACTLY HALF OF MY LIFE!!!
