About Me

Toronto-based musician/photographer perpetually seeking the next adventure. Big-time music and film buff (all kinds of both) and a lover of fine single malt scotch. ********************************************************** More of my music: http://www.myspace.com/seannyboyryanmusic *********************************************************** Be sure to visit my bands while yer at it!********************************************************* * http://www.myspace.com/basicenglish************************* ********************************* http://www.myspace.com/dickellisrevival********************* ************************************* http://www.myspace.com/tinroofrustedca********************** *********************************** Photography-wise: In the recent past I've had three exhibitions of my work as part of the annual Contact Photography Festival here in Toronto as well as doing some film industry shooting doing production stills for films and headshots for talent. My images have also been used in the designs of several music CD releases and for local businesses such as Artifice Clothing, Decadent Designs and Blood Sweat & Shears. I also occasionally shoot for Suicidegirls. As far as any personal style goes, I tend to shoot mainly B&W images (although I do enjoy colour as well) that lean toward the atmospheric, with a tendency to concentrate on what I don't show as much as what I do. A sense of mystery, I suppose...leaving something to the imagination. In addition to paid assignments, I'm regularly looking for select new TFP collaborators. It's always exciting to work with new people and create inventive new images. Serious enquiries only please.I am also continually building up two collections of work - one involving tattoos and the other to do with cigarette smoking(pro and con). Any models interested in becoming involved with any project are more than welcome to contact me. In the wee small hours....

It's a quarter to four in the a.m. I'm in the midst of my seasonal overnight shifts down at the CBC where solitude reigns supreme. Nobody here but us chickens. I've got Bonnie and Clyde playing...
