Dojah Sativah Born in A-Town just outside of Chicago; Dojah Sativah's ambitions led him to the south side off of 95th and Wentworth. After many run ins with the law and various altercations initiated by gang violence, Dojah then decided a move out west would allow him more ground and mobility to create a better living environment for his family. After the death of his father Dojah began his movement in Salt Lake City in 2001. Unaware of the many trials he would soon be facing Dojah refused to let go of his street life and found himself sitting behind bars on quite a few occasions. Take some good advice; dont believe everything you read in black and white. All the instances that fueled Dojah Sativah's ambitions is what your hearing in his music. Dojah Sativah would best be described as an intellectual radical. His mission is like any other artists; to be heard. His persona is one who demands respect as well as giving it. Dojah has a very calculating thought process and is always thinking about the next move. Often people assume he is upset; but really he is just in deep thought and in many cases seems as if he is not in the same room during conversation. It would be a mistake to believe he is still not listening though..... he is always listening .. always watching ....and learning to have more patience will only prove to be another weapon found in his arsenal that will eventually lead to the successes awaiting him in the future. And as a message to all opposers Dojah Sativah has told me to inform them to "bring that shit, your assuming and jealous nature is within itself an abomination not only to God, but to real nyggas every where. Bring it to my face and I will destroy you! My foundation is set and no weapon formed against me will I fear."
