Well lets see...a bit about me. I am mother of 2 beautiful little girls.Kaeleigh will turn 5 in May baby will be 1 in March. Time is flying. My Joey is the awesomest! He is a great daddy and has brought nothing but support and love to our family. He really is just a lil boy himself at times, which is so cute to me. Especially when he gets sick ;) gosh what a baby.lol As for me, during this whole pregnancy I've been spoiled with having to do nothing and actually have gotten quite used of it.Sorry babe, I think you shouldn't work and just stay home and take care of the house and kids. Ive been lovin it! ...lol (no really tho). I work for Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada as their Family Violence Coordinator. I write grants, supervise an awesome staff and do a lot of traveling, especially through out the state of Nevada. Although I grew up in the Bishop/ Big Pine area (did I just admit that?) my roots have always been strong in Nevada. I did grow up on a Paiute Reservation I am so not Paiute...lol.Im Western Shoshone enrolled in the Te-Moak tribes of Elko NV. My grandpa was a shoshone man who spoke shoshone fluently, an avid handgame player, hunter, camper, pinenut picker and traveld every where to all the pow-wows, rodeos, handgames etc.My grandma is Sho-Ban from Ft. Hall,thats also another fav place of mine. Im all mixed up.lol We traveled all the time and every where. Any place my grandparents were I was usually in the back seat. I guess thats why I love it since I spent my younger years traveling through out NV. People ask me all the time, itsn't it boring? No way, it brings back the best years of my life...I absoultly love it. I meet so many new people along the way. And I love meeting people that knew my grandpa/family and remember me when I was a little girl. Thats always neat for me... I have been in the social service field for amost 10 years and Im currently back in school going for my Social Work Lic. Im almost there...(to ya youngins...finish school while your young, its much easier!) Because Im so busy my family is my priority, then I make time for fun. Im a country girl who luvs to dance and have fun. My family and friends are very important to me. I've been blessed with a great family and the best girlfriends any one can ask for! And very proud to say we've been best friends since we were kids. Over the years we may have moved away,started families of our own and are pursuing our futures but over all we are still the best of friends and are just as close as ever. Besides, we won't ever forget the craziest, funest and wildest times that we had growing up in little ol' Bishop. Thoes memories will be with us forever! Isn't that right Valerie...like when we ran away to LA...haha. Isn't that funny how we can laugh about that now?? and I also ride horses, love traveling to pow-wows handgames, dancing and rodeos especially rodeo dances.
