Woo who! Yes! Finally graduated and ready to take on the world! Having my degree in Music Management and Marketing from Columbia College Chicago is not only one of the most entertaining degrees one can have, but also enables me be a smarter and more capable artist.During my years at Columbia I held the position of Art Coordinator for Columbia's record label AEMMP Records. I also worked at several internships with various record labels and music management/marketing firms such as Sony BMG in NYC and Platform-1 Entertainment.Although I absolutely love the work included with a degree in Music Management and Marketing, I have decided to focus on performing and writing music. I have been performing since the age of 6 and after a two year lack of creating music I can't go on anymore! I'm not saying a day job at an office creating marketing plans and doing research isn't in my future, I'm just saying that for now I have to do what my heart is aching to do. I mean, one shouldn't ignore their heart.I guess you all should get ready to hear some great F-ing music! I've been sitting on this stuff forever.Peace out.Miss Ritchie
