Ian Burke founded Launch Pad Entertainment (LPE) in 2005.
LPE was established to provide a vehicle for launching and/or managing new talent within the southeast and consulting with existing companies or individuals to develop, market, and promote their artist, film or TV project. With Ian Burke's extensive list of contacts in Atlanta, New York and Los Angeles, he is able to make things happen for new and developing artists much quicker than the average consultant can.
Garnering an experienced team of independent radio/retail marketing, promotions and PR personnel, LPE is able to facilitate every aspect of a label's priorities. LPE has access to some of the country's hottest rising and established producers and songwriters, who can help mold and develop new sounds for new artists.
GreenHouse Management, Inc. (Ian Burke's management company) has managed some of the industry's elite talent such as Arrested Development, Xscape, OutKast, Mista, female rapper Sole`, producers Organized Noize and Chadron "Nitti" Moore ("Dem Boyz"- Boyz n Da Hood, "It's Going Down"- Yung Joc), singer/songwriter/musician/artist/producer Debra Killings, actress China McClain and Brandon & Brian Casey of the group Jagged Edge.
