I enjoy reading the Bible. I've learned that everything in this holy book applies to our everyday lives. EVERYTHING! It's amazing. I encourage each and every one of you reading this to do the same. Even if you read just one scripture per day, I guarantee that it will make a difference in your life.
I also enjoy listening,dancing,and singing to music! Spending time with all my family,singing kid songs with my nieces and just hanging out with them,going to the movies, hanging out with friends, karaoke, the internet, crossword puzzles, sporting events, history, long phone conversations, spontaneous road trips, going to the movies, bowling, dates with my husband, dinner with old friends, etc......I can go on and on!(to be continued)
I love watching sports w/my hubby, my dad, and my brother! Especially watching the Longhorns kick some butt in Austin! It's awesome! Even my hubby, the TEXAS hater/AGGIE lover, likes going to see them.

I dreamed that I prayed to Jehovah on high,
Complained of my troubles and started to cry.
I said to Jehovah, I can't take it no more!
Please bring it real soon, your great day of war!
I endured every day at the end of my rope,
I just do not see anyway I can cope.
I face constant pressure each day without doubt.
With all of my problems there's just no way out.
He patiently listened as on bended knee,
I griped and complained about what bothered me.
His loving concern as I emptied my head,
Made me feel so secure in his love when He said:
I understand just what you're going through,
This time of the end makes it harder for you.
But you see, I too have been waiting so long,
And I must make sure my people are strong.
Since the very first couple, Adam an Eve,
My heart has been many times since made to grieve.
Though I sent my son down to earth just to die,
Most people rejected what his life could buy.
I've been pushed aside by all those I love,
For other false gods they have put high above.
They even say I don't exist or am dead,
That life just evolved from the monkeys instead.
I surely don't want you to suffer or cry,
I'll give you my strength on which to rely.
You need to endure but please do not doubt,
If it gets too tough, I'll provide the way out.
The new world is near so endure to the end,
For I am Jehovah and I am your friend.
The life that's ahead is worth oh so much more,
You'll take such delight in what I have in store.
Just think what it will be like in paradise,
Why even the dead from the tombs will arise!
You'll feel so much better and have joy each day,
Your memories of troubles will soon pass away.
These promises given will surely come true,
And it won't be long before all will be new.
So please be determined endure to the end,
For I am JEHOVAH your savior and friend.

I love ALL types of music- Tejano/Country, Spanish Pop & Rock are preferred. I also enjoy listening to inspirational music- especially anything having to do with my biggest inspiration...JESUS CHRIST
Movies:
I love Chick Flicks, Suspense/Thrillers, and Comedy. I HATE action. I basically like anything that will make me cry.
Movies I recommend are- Fools Rush In, How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days, Urban Cowboy, Pure Country, Dirty Dancing, Steel Magnolias, Ghost, The Notebook, The Breakup, Click, Under the Tuscan Sun, What Lies Beneath, The Holiday, Pursuit of Happiness, and Eragon- I normally don't watch these types of movies, but I saw it because Junior and Lalo wanted to watch it. It made me cry...I LOVED IT!
Television:
Desperate Housewives, What About Brian?, Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Days of Our Lives- VH1, CMT, GAC, Lifetime, ESPN Sports, Game Shows, etc.... Reruns are always fun.
Books:
The Bible, What Does The Bible REALLY Teach?, The Greatest Man That Ever Lived, and the newspaper.
