monogel. was simply an after work activity when it was first started.
Members of monogel all came from different bands. It was the time when these bands just release their albums, and they all need a break through in their music. It was also the time when all of them are single, with a lot of time on their hands.
The influences of monogel came from the vintage school of rock!!!! The direction of monogels music goes along the principles of self-amusing, zero thinking, and cool styling.
Its a fun project, but its also a seriously productive project nonetheless. The first batch of monogels compositions was written within the first 2 months of the bands formation, including their debut albums title tracks 'Harder' and 'Babe'.
monogel. will release their debut album 'Harder-Babe' in June 2006, with 9 original compositions, which chronicled the musical journey of monogel. for the past two years.
