I'm Rocking Jon and you're not. Just kidding, you're Rocking Jon too. ____________________________________________________________ __ I beleive I was born in the wrong decade, as I have a strong lust if you will, for anything in the 1980's era. I love the music, love the movies, the outfits, the hair, the *glam!* I'm a college graduate with an AAS in Graphic Design. I like cartoons, yodeling and eggnog. I only smoke the finest "It's a Boy" brand cigars, very exotic, and hard to find...I hate trollies, loud church bells, loud trucks, and generally any other loud things that participate in any activity at a high volume while I'm trying to sleep. ____________________________________________________________ __Like to Meet:-- High end musicians who play stuff other than crappy metal/hardcore junk. I like metal, but seriously, you can do so much more than drop D or C+ tuning. And there are other ways to execute vocals than gargling cheese graters and screaming like your testicles are aflame. I'd like to meet Guitar virtuosos. Models. Celebreties. Crazy people. Funny people. Intelligent people. Has-Beens. A lot of the people I want to meet are no longer here. Rodney Dangerfield, Jim Morrison, Mister Rodgers, Elvis. Also, I'd love to romance Jessica Rabbit...growwl. She is by far, the sexiest cartoon ever. ____________________________________________________________ __Would NOT Like to Meet:-- Wanda Sykes. EVER. oooh, and Dr. Phil. He sucks too. I also dislike Jerry Seinfeld. I would very much like to see him liquefied. ____________________________________________________________ __Music:-- Pantera, Megadeth, STP, AIC, Black Sabbath and Sevendust, Elton John, Stevie Wonder or The Spice Girls, Merle Haggard, Allison Krauss, Johnny Cash, The Doors, Tupac, Eminem, Muse, and about a billion other things like creaky doors, refrigerators humming, birds singing, and dogs barfing. Polka I can't get into, as much as I'd *love* to say I dig classical music, I only like certain select pieces. Instrumental Guitar music is number 1 for me, since I'm somewhat of an amature guitarist. ____________________________________________________________ __ Movies/TV: -- I like the usual cliche' movies that all cool people like, plus more. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Fight Club, The Rules of Attraction, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Edward Scissorhands, The Lost Boys, Roadhouse, Jerimiah Johnson, Dumb & Dumber, Sin City, Anchorman, 40 year old virgin, 80's movies, Anything with Sandler or (my hero) Johnny Depp. Since moving to my apartment in Dubuque, I have no T.V. and I've found I don't miss it. I have much more time to do things that will make a difference, like updating my profile here. ____________________________________________________________ __ Books: Any literature written by "Ingredients" or "Instructions". Born to Run, and any others in the Serrated Edge series. Scary things. The Catcher in The Rye, One fish 2 fish red fish blue fish. Stephen King of course. The Stinky Cheese man. Pop up books of all sorts strike me with *intense* awe. ____________________________________________________________ __ And here's me physically assaulting a guitar, with no rhythm, or rhyme, just a spur of the moment molestation of an instrument.
