About Me

Born into a family of several somewhere in England they learned at the knee of their second cousin, a famous bus-driver-turned-travel agent. It's not known how they came to have brown hair or blonde hair but there you are. Just one of those things. Or two. And sometimes they forget to take their library books back. But a crisp five pound note will see you right sirrah. Later they played in Austin Texas with Jimmy Dale Gilmour and the incredible Hamell on Trial (how many ms and ts we can never remember). The youth hostel toilets had good acoustics. Sidmouth International Festival, Towersey, Bunkfest, Cornbury, Sunderland Kite Fest, oh yes. But these are all folk festivals, sorta, and we're not folk, we're industrial folk grind. We met Brett & Rennie Sparks and they weren't keen on flying but boy can he sing, oh yes. The first three albums were Percy Circus, Cuba and Fairy Stories. The new one (2009) is known as Mutter Mutter, because that's its name. The thing is we do this because we want to and we don't always have to have a reason to make noises. What big teeth you have!
