Born and raised in Bristol and hailing from BS5 (EASTON 4 LIFE) Rico Tarantino a.k.a. Ricochet got into Music at a young age when I was still rockin Bart Simpson T Shirts around 9 years old to be exact. I wrote my first Rhyme with the Help of the original T.N.T. and around 6 months later I had done my first performance at the Ashton Court Festival in Bristol alongside T.N.T. and MC Soundtrack. Over the following months I began writing rhymes and listening to Hip Hop whenever I could borrow a tape. The following year we performed again at the Ashton Court Festival but this time accompanied by Kners Dan now known as KNERS.In the years that followed I took a break from music to persue the normal School yout fazes listening to Jungle and later Garage and rinsin Fifa on my Playstation, Then one day I saw this advert for a Playstation Game called Music, I took the little change I had at the time and copped it, I WAS HOOKED. Within a few weeks i had learned how to sequence tracks and how to build riddims.A few years passed and I was just makin beats at home as a hobby when a guy I knew from around the way told me i could use his Studio (Big up Roger!!) I developed a more solid interest in producing and started making more music.one day I got speaking to a guy I knew from primary school called Supreme who told me he was going to build a studio and form a group and wanted me to be part of it I agreed and in 2001 along with several other members the group BS5 was formed. The studio gave me a major insight into recording and the whole mechanics of a studio. As part of the group I gained alot of experience and learned alot about the underground music scene.Fast Forward to 2006 and here I am.
