Well, I'm a Texas transplant, lived in New York, Atlanta and D.C., but now I'm back in Houston. Atlanta was cool but it was kind of a coming of age deal since I got there. I moved to Atlanta after culinary school and despite all the fucked up shit that went on there, it was a cool experience. I love what I do (chef)and can't really imagine doing anything else... maybe cause I don't know anything else. Anyway,right now I'm sorta like, "Come on life, show me whatcha got.
