Wattup, thanks for peepin.. About myself, I'm a emcee/beatsmith and AV Technician from Melbournes West... I produce, write, record and publish all my material and been doing so since i was 15. Music is my passion, everyday i immerse in it and have grown to find myself through the pen and pad. I dont think i'm anything fly, i do what i do for myself and I feel that as an artist my material is not bad nor is it great, thus i use the alias MedioKre.
Since i was a minor I've grown around and loved the graf scene, wasn't long before i got in2 it taggin the shit outta places and further dwelled into the hiphop lifestyle. From listening to school mix tapes back in the days i got hooked to rap music, particularly the deeper underground, grimmy orchestral flayva with turntable scratching vinyl poppin' and fat drum sounds. I'm not a big fan of all the top 40, australian idol shit and typical radioplay music i prefer to listen to the mighty European and Oz Hiphop scenes.
Solo-wise i've produced 4x 12-track beats cdz and am currently working on an EP entitled, '3 Yearz' which basically tells my story, everyones got one... On the side I'm also in a group with my cousin and few mates called The Commercial Underground, curently we're slowly lacing some tracks preparing for an EP due next year.
My lyrics are my soul, they reflect how i feel and deal with situations, the world that i see and the life i dream...I do this for myself if the world listens then it's just a bonus. Feel free to comment on my tracks or check out my other sites for some more muzika...peace.
