Hello, I was born in Detroit Michigan 3-19-1950 and given up for adoption. In July of that year I was fostered to the family that would eventually adopt me. I grew up in Royal Oak, Michigan, attending St. Dennis grade school, St. Mary's and Dondero High Schools. I joined the USAF on 2 Oct. 1968. I spent 5 1/2 years in the service, getting a hardship discharge shortly after my Mom passed away. I tried to get a humanitarian reassignment to take care of my Grandmother, but was denied. I got into the vacuum cleaner business in the mid 70's and lived and worked in Suburban Detroit until June of 1982, when I moved to Lawton, Oklahoma. I worked at the Herzig Sewing Center, later named "Herzig Sew & Vac" until August of 1987. I moved on to work as a Regional Manager for Husqvarna Viking and White Sewing Machine Companies. I covered the East coast and lived in Middletown, New York and Raleigh North Carolina. In 1989 I moved to
Pompano Beach Florida, where I owned my own Sewing center in West Palm Beach. In 1991 I sold my business and moved back to Oklahoma, partnering with the Herzigs in Altus Oklahoma. In 1993 I moved back to Lawton, and worked in the Herzig Sew & Vac until July of 2002. I also own Partytime Karaoke and have been in the karaoke business since 1993. In August of 2002 I went to KSWO-TV as an account executive, and helped several businesses advertise on TV. On January 24th 2005 I was found by my birth family, and throughout the year I became reunited with 7 brothers and sisters for the first time. If you click on my videos, you can see the story KSWO did on the adoption find. In December 2005 I purchased the Herzig Sew & Vac, and operated it until Feb. 29, 2008. March 3rd. 2008 I went back to KSWO TV.
