Under the name Perpetual Loop, producer Charles Massey releases down tempo, Psy-chill. Charles is currently based in Manchester (UK), and since 2004, he has had releases on compilation from Rumour Records, Organic Records (UK) and Masti Music. In the summer of 2006 his debut album (Universal Flow) was released on Organic Records which made an instant impact on the psy-ambient scene.
Charles also works with main stream artists working on image profile and writing / producing, but it is here, in the chiller side of Psy where his heart really lies.
