Setting that electric atmosphere wherever he’s at, Joel plays with a loud, energetic fervor that represents the direction of today’s youth and party scene; Joel is consistently associated with Melbourne’s elite clubs and festivals. Having played Summadayze, Future music and Stereosonic, and has possessed several major Melbourne residencies at Famous, Onesixone, Roxanne and Q-bar, playing alongside world class artists such as Boys Noize, Mr Oizo, Joachim Guarrard to name a few.
Undeterred by a life long exposure to his parents music Joel's sets are filled with energy and a certain liveliness that only he can deliver. The fast paced and calculated mixing, of his style has Joel producing under his own name as well as with fellow music maker Blake P under the moniker of Hundreds & Thousands. They have remixed the likes of cut copy, numero and dukes of Windsor.
Joel has been playing consistently for three years, burning out new and exciting tracks that will see this Blac List DJ’s notoriety go through the roof; even now not long into his career he is attracting crowds to his venues. Be sure to keep track of him as he progresses into the future and beyond.
