Mikel Back - northern electronic artist from Murmansk. Real name - Mikhail Maksimov.
He has been establishing himself in the underground party scene since 1999 as 12-1 level. In 2003 together with Freska they have created a synth-pop band called «Kola Lounge».
Since of summer 2005 Mikhail lets out his tracks under the name Mikel Back.
His music are full of melancholic subtones and surrounding northern landscapes - these fresh nordic tunes all have a cool drive and work very well on the dancefloor!
