Ever since he was 15 years young, Brizz has been writing rap lyrics and making songs, but has forever been a fan of Hip-Hop and R&B. Brizz's music is real and a refreshing change from the mainstream Hip-Hop norm of today. Being an avid observer of the everyday nuances of life, the experiences that Brizz has had helped with the growth of his music. Though he had been called 'soft' and has heard claims that his music 'isn't hard enough and people won't bump to it', this doesn't stop Brizz from doing what he truly loves. Brizz does his best to make timeless music, music that conveys a message, spreads knowledge, and is for the people. This is evident in the smash hit "Peace".
Born in Toronto, Brizz has been one with music even at a young age. He used to dance to Michael Jackson songs and videos, and rap word for word Hip-Hop songs that his older brother would be bumpin' on the radio. Also, Brizz had taken piano lessons and was part of the school band. So you can see that Brizz and music go hand in hand. In junior high (and parts of his early years in high school) Brizz was into breakdancing as well. But it wasn't until high school that Brizz's rap career would truly begin to blossom...
