June 13th is the release of Taylor's new single, which will include his new hit song "Do I Make You Proud?" as well as his version of "Taking it to the Street"!

Taylor was born in the Saint Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama on October 6, 1976. When Taylor was young, his family moved to Hoover Alabama! Taylor's family consist of his mother and father, Brad and Linda Hicks, and his younger brother Sean, who is attending Georgia Tech! Taylor is also very close to his grandmother, Jonie Hicks. Taylor has never been married!
Taylor stands out most because of his grey hair even at being a young age. Taylor's hair started turning grey at age 15, according to his grandmother. He has never considered dying his hair.
Taylor has never had any music lessons or previous training! His wonderful voice is natural! Taylor's music choise reflects his favorite music which includes the old songs of Sam Cooke, Ottis Redding, and of course, Ray Charles.
Taylor attended high school in Hoover, Alabama. He was never involved in any music programs during high school, but he did win a school talent contest. For a short time Taylor attended Auburn University. While in Auburn, he founded the band "Passing Through". Taylor left college and went to Nashville for 9 months to further his singing career.
Taylor has sung for many venues all across the United States, including even the Playboy Mansion! He plays the guitar as well as the harmonica. He also writes most of his own songs! Taylor has made a CD titles "Under the Radar"
Taylor's grandmother explains that he is a "Southern Gentleman" What ya see is what ya get basically. He would never be rude or hateful to anyone just to stand out.
