Hello I'm a headbanging bastard. I've sung in bands (SUFFERING, PARADOX), ran a Metal band night (The Braindead Club) & written a zine, (Kentucky Fried Afterbirth). Nowadays I'm just a lazy arse but I still get to gigs now and again because everyone knows that Metal rules!

I am also DJing on The Torture Chamber night down @ The Intrepid Fox, London. These nights are the 1st Thursday of every month.

I started a MySpace group, Extreme London Metal Militia, if you live in London or are playing gigs or running a club then feel free to add yourself to it and post into the forum. It's like a bloody ghost town on there!!
