Angel Rhymes/Aaron Thomas Debut in Philly Aug 8

Gospel Fella Records introduces, Gospel/Spiritual Rap Artist, singer, songwriter, and producer, Terrence “Angel Rhymes” Jones. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1987 as Terrence LeVar Jones, he is the second oldest son to Kenneth Jones and Gospel Recording Artist Carol Calloway. Angel Rhymes accepted the Lord Jesus Christ and was baptized at an early age. In his early teens, he served 3 years as a Sea Cadet in the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Constellation Division. Blessed with gifted hands, he has played drums and percussions for several churches and community choirs along the East Coast. He also played for the Harrisburg High School Drumline for 4 years. In 2001, Angel Rhymes, along with his mother, Carol Calloway, appeared on a single with Carl “Manifested Son” Phinney entitled, “I Do Love”. He has also appeared on Gospel Recording Artist Carol Calloway’s ‘Send The Comforter” project on a song entitled, “Just Fakin’ It” and the “Holy Is The Lord” project on a song entitled, “Yes”. Singing and traveling across the U.S. with his mother has afforded him many opportunities to share the stage with some Gospel greats to include Edwin Hawkins, Gabriel Hardeman and Dr. Bobby Jones to name a few and has appeared with her on several Live Television and Radio interviews. He has served 3 years as an A & R Representative for Appointed Artist Records. Terrence “Angel Rhymes” Jones is the Founder and CEO of Gospel Fella Records and has released an intro CD entitled, “Angel Rhymes”, written and produced by himself. Myspace.com continues to recognize him as one of their top 20 Christian Rap artists in Pennsylvania and or the North Eastern region of the U.S.. After noticing how God has placed certain people in his life, Angel Rhymes has called his Gospel Fella family and it’s affiliates “The Grate Fellowship” and the “True Music Group”. More recently Angel Rhymes has shared events and rocked the same crowds as and with Mr.DK, D Bishop, Phynite and DJ Unit 13, Billy Bo and Salt of Salt-N-Pepa to name a few.He is known in the underground as the Gospel Fella himself and has created a name for himself by taking part in countless events at random, including street corner rhyme sessions and different outreach events in several different cities in the U.S..
