Khyne P, whose career jumped off in the same Greensboro underground scene that had birthed such artist as "Brandon D, L.I.V.E., Hyrize & Alyze Elyse, Alli With An I & House of Fools", was quick to keep his attention once they met. "I'm basically a real laid back type of dude," says "P" of his first meeting with "Rize", "But I'm really about my music, so we got along great from the jump." Rize was so impressed with P's work ethic, "He loved my beats," says Khyne, It felt so strongly that he fit the "MY SUMMER TAKEOVER" roster, that he rushed production on P's freestyle skit which was added to Hyrize's Street platinum '05 Debut 'Take Higher Ground [Mixtape].Working with legendary producers like His damn Self, Khyne quickly knocked out a slew of tracks. P's offbeat but respectable rhyme style was a perfect fit for Rize's curious, but nonetheless g'd up beat selection.
