BIO: J-Blev a.k.a. Mr. Blevins, born Joseph K. Blevins on October 27, 1985, is a name that will soon become very familiar. This kid writes, produces, and performs with a new yet recognizable sound that many have dubbed interesting, entertaining, and creative to say the least. Raised in Florida and Georgia, SOUTHERN BOUND is not a title to be given. This kid touches on concepts everyone can relate to in one way or another. After opening up for a few big names in Atlanta after high school, J-Blev took a short break to go to college where he graduated with an A.A.S. in Electronic and Computer Technology. Now with a goal to rejuvenate Hip Hop/Raps credibility, J-Blev a.k.a. Mr. Blevins is back to the studio. With his newest mixtapes, The Evolution of Joseph Blevins: The Beginning, Reality Check, and his newest installment New To The Neighborhood Co-hosted by Dj Smallz, (The Souths 1 Dj), Blev proves to have what it takes to stand out in an overly crowded industry.
