Commodity Genius

...well about year ago i decided to, like my friends and millions others to join the "self-promotion bullshit" online community site that is myspace. I was on faceparty until it became over-run with chavs. Anyway I have lived in Edinburgh my whole life and am often seen in the centre of the city drinking cheap watered down lager in alternative rock clubs. I work part-time for the Royal Mail and am currently studying book-keeping. In my spare time i like to go to gigs and write pilot sitcom scripts. I often go through to Glasgow for gigs and usually go down to London for the Calling Festival, this year i hope to go to Manchester or maybe Newcastle for a gig as well. At the weekends i usually go to the cinema to see some mainstream film with a happy ending like "We Own The Night" or "Atonement", i also often go to watch Hearts the local team i support, who aren't doing very well at the moment... I listen to music pretty much every day, which is mainly indie or hard rock although i do like soul and some pop music. I seem to be always buying cds off eBay or from fopp, i recently bought a creedence clearwater revival compilation, a early Billy Joel Album and Faces "Best of". I tend to watch comedy shows on dvd and documentaries, I hate reality shows that don't have real celebrities in them and also hate celebrity parasites who are usually related to someone famous!
