First Republic

About Me

Formed initially as a side project, First Republic has taken on more momentum than any of the band members could possibly have imagined. After just a handful of live shows, the band are quickly gaining a reputation for fearless performances which surprise everyone who see them for the first time.
Unwilling to follow sensible routes to making music, the guys usually throw a new song into their set list for every gig and, in one instance at a recent acoustic show, actually played three songs that had never been played before!
As if playing punk acoustically wasn't brave enough.
The songs themselves go seamlessly from politics to humour to love to pain and all the way back again.
