My name is Soluna Samay Kettel-Ziegler and I was born on the 27th of August 1990. I was born and raised in Guatemala, by a beautiful lake called "Lago Atitlan". I have travelled to many parts of the world with my parents, including Africa, Asia, Central America and all over Europe.
Ten years ago, not speaking one word of danish, my family and I moved to an island in Denmark called Bornholm. Last summer I graduated from high-school and a danish music scholarship called MGK.
Every summer I travel all over Europe, mostly in Norway, busking with my father, the one man band Gee Gee Kettel. I started passing the hat around for him when I was four, but soon after discovered the drumms, and decided to join him. When I was 9 I decided to play the electric bass and about 3 years ago I started playing the double-bass.
I started writting my own songs on guitar a few years ago and am currently recording my debut album in a studio on Bornholm. Once it is done I will put up a lot more of my songs here on myspace. Hopefully you will like them... ;)
