About Me

Where to start... Life has been a laborious and challenging cycle thus far, filled with hardships and heartache at every turn. But given the choice, I wouldn't change a thing. Despite the difficult times, there has been more than a lifetime's worth of wonderful events and people that have kept my life full and interesting. I am an aspiring healer, having already studied Reiki and recently obtaining my Master's Degree in teaching Reiki, a form of natural healing, and also a writer, having written a full novel and intending to publish it very soon. I am very open minded and will listen to just about anyone with something half interesting to say, and I'll try anything once. I keep myself active with Tae Kwon Do, though lately it's hard to find the time or energy for it. I have a lot of friends, and a handful of very special ones that I have great amounts of respect for and trust in. Loyalty and honesty are the two traits that I hold in highest regard, so that is what I look for in the people I meet and that is what I strive to live by every day of my life. There is a lot more to me, read my blog for a cynical expression of some of my views, but also just for a good laugh. My Interests

My most significant interest and most important to me, would be my pursuit of knowledge. This could come through reading, conversation with those that have something half intriguing to share, or general discussion with all sorts to experience as many different views (about just about anything) as I can. I love to learn, but I also love to teach, and therefore am always ready to either speak or listen depending on the conversation. I've written a novel of over 300 pages, and am almost halfway through its sequel (as it's going to be a series of roughly five books). Next in line would be martial arts, as I am currently studying Tae Kwon Do, as mentioned earlier. Other than these main interests, there are of course the usuals: hanging out with friends, going out, staying in or having the 'occassional' drink :P and the bare basic interest in television would mainly include any good movie or the Wrestling. Oh and let's not forget the video games...

Music:

Heavy Metal is the way to go. Some favourites are Machine Head, Fear Factory, Sevendust, In Flames, Soilwork, Killswitch Engage, Kamelot, Tool, Faith No More, Pantera, just to name a few... width="425" height="350" ..

Movies:

The Alien movies, all four of them but the 3rd one is the best and I don't care what anyone says... Aliens Versus Predator, Payback, Pulp Fiction, Get Shorty, Be Cool, Godfather trilogy, Heat. Other than that, basically any movie with half decent actors (not necessarily well-known actors) and a plot that makes you think a little.

Television:

WWE RAW and Smackdown, Entourage and Scrubs. Other than that I rarely watch anything that frequently but I like your usual cartoons, Simpsons, Family Guy, and Invader Zim! And then there's Pure Pwnage! It's a wicked series on the net about gamers, it's nerdy and funny as fuck, check it out at www.purepwnage.com

Books:

Both trilogies by Traci Harding, the Ancient Future and Celestial Triad. The Green Mile, Steven King. Angels and Demons and the Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, Across the Nightingale Floor, can't remember who its by.

Heroes:

I wouldn't say I have any 'heroes' per say, but I hold several people in high regard. My Mother, my Grandad, my older brother, RJ, are just a few. Oh and Klemm.. what a man!
