Music im listening to on my new iPod include:
Ike and Tina Turner
Nina Simone
David Bowie
The Rolling Stones
Amy Winehouse
The Libertines
Dusty Springfield
Michael Brecker
Bob Marley
Jimi Hendrix
I love films (old classics and modern masterpieces alike), but this list was getting way too big, so some i've watched recently:
Scarface
Infamous
Charlie Wilson's War
Philadephia
Death Proof
Malcolm X
Sweeney Todd
No Country For Old Men
Gentlemen Prefer Blondes
American Gangster
I don't watch much tv. I generally catch on to great shows once they're out on DVD and then watch the entire thing in a couple of sittings - 24, Shameless, Bleak House, Desperate Housewives, Friends and anything Gordon Ramsey. From my days growing up on Hayman Ave - The A Team and Knight Rider.
Currently reading Bill Bryson - Shakespeare: The World as a Stage. Its a great parallel of history in 1600's Britain and Shakespeare's place within that time.
I love reading biographies as I am a nosey parker and real stories are more interesting, unbelievable and diverse than fiction.
Harry Potter books are fabulous and I love everything written by Bill Bryson especially Notes from a Big Country and Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid. Michael Burleigh - Scared Causes.
Whatever it is thats pushing me to run 3 times a week in the wind rain and cold!
