I am here for Friends

About Me

My name is Peter, some of my friends call me Max Meltus, shiny head, disco ball head and colour blind tosser. They all seem to think I have a shiny forehead for some reason.I was born colour blind in Newcastle Upon Tyne during the swinging 70's. Please do not weep for me its a disability I just have to live with. It means I can never get a job as a fireman, electrician, guard dog or join the air force. I'm not even aloud to have one of those orange or red disabled badges for my car. I bet Heather McCartney could get one if she wanted one, the greedy bitch! People in my local pub mock my disability and poke fun at me. Even my own family, what sort of sick, twisted mind buys a young colour blind child Twister for Christmas? I have lived in Newcastle, Dagenham, Berwick, Hexham and now I am back home where I belong.

I live in a small ghetto just outide of Newcastle.
It has two pubs and a shop for local people. I've lived here for nearly four years and have made a lot of good friends.
I like meeting my friends down the pub and having a laugh. Usually after we leave the bar me and my crew head to my crib to chill out and have tea and scones. We usually watch comedies, listen to music or just laugh, joke and talk of memories past.
I really enjoy taking the piss out of Rob.

Look at his little Rob face. Don't be fooled by that cheeky little grin though. Behind it lies a pure, evil hatred towards colour blind people. He even throws frogs at people for fun, the evil twisted frog tosser!
More to follow soon!

My Interests

I like meeting up with my friends. Me and my friends have started going into Town on a Monday night. Its not very busy on a Monday but we still have a good time and it makes a change from sitting in at the local.
I'm really interested in Roman History. I've never been to Rome before but would really love to go one day.

Hadrian's Wall
Whenever I get the chance, I like to visit York. It is a great night out and has plenty of bars.
When I'm not out dogging in Asda car park with Andy Miller and Togon I support Newcastle United
The top of England's tallest mountain Scafell Pike (on a foggy day). Went up here with friends last year. I hated it at the time but would do it again though. Might be best to wear sensible clothing next time and not wear Jeans, T-shirt and trainers.

Next year I’m hoping to go cage diving with Great White sharks. I need to get my Open Water diving qualification first though. Its something I've always wanted to do.

I'd like to meet:

Mary Matherson from Oxford.
Look at her smug old person grin!

Music:

I like all sorts of music including 60's, 70's, 80's, classical. ACDC, Aerosmith, Oasis, Blur, Queen, Manic Street Preachers, The Who, Slade, Beach Boys, Green Day, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Madness, The Beatles, The Prodigy etc, etc. It probably would be easier to list the music I don't like. I like to listen to my MP3 player before I go to sleep, it helps me relax. The best ever concert I've been to was the V97 festival.

Movies:

Yes, I like films, every time I walk into HMV I always come out with more than one DVD.I bloody love shoplifting!!! I haven't been to the cinema for ages.

Television:

I love watching comedies :- Little Britain, The Office, The Fast Show, Bo Selecta, Alan Partridge, Max & Paddy, Pheonix Nights, Blackadder, Police Squad, The Simpsons + many more.
I enjoy watching documentaries about animals (especially sharks and wolves) and also documentaries on Roman history and WWII.

Books:

I don't really have much time to read. If I do it is usually things like biographies or books on local history. The Big Issue- I get my copy delivered so I dont have to buy it from those smelly buggers on street corners!

Heroes:

My Grandad

Alan Shearer scores against Sunderland

YORK -16/9/06 On Saturday 16 September I went to York and had a brilliant weekend. Here are a few of the photos I took. The guest house I stayed in was called Riverside Walk and was directly opposite...
