Politics, business and the black plight. General poverty and famine across the globe.
Malcolm X, Huey P. Newton, Fred Hampton, Bobby Seale, Martin Luther King Jr., Kofi Anan, Bill Cosby.......more to come later.
GOOD music, it can come from almost any genre, I can't name it all so I'll leave it at that. Greatest song of all time, Sam Cooke, "A Change is Gonna Come"
Malcolm X, When the Levees Broke, Menace II Society, Boyz n' da Hood, Dead Presidents........and a whole lot of popular movies and documentaries but those are my favorites.
The Wire (Greatest show of all time). Prison Break (1st season) Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives
Sadly, I don't read many books, read .. a lot and newspapers but the last book I read was the "Autobiography of Malcolm X"
Having a "hero" at my age is kinda lame. I admire my parents though.
