I am a United States Sailor, I will support and defend the Constitution of the the United States of America and I will obey the orders of those appointed over me, I represent the fighting spirit of the Navy and those who have gone before me to defend freedom and democracy around the world, I proudly serve my country's Navy combat team with Honor, Courage, and Commitment. I am commited to excellence and the fair treatment of all.I graduated from Weslaco High School in Weslaco, TX in 1989. Shortly after that, I joined the Navy and was on active duty from 89 - 93 aboard the USS Forrestal. I had the opportunity to visit a few countries while in the Navy (Spain, France, Italy, Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Norway, Malta, Crete, Greece, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, England, Netherlands, Bahrain, Diego Garcia and Kuwait. I still serve and am PROUD OF IT! I am married to my wonderful wife who has supported me through my naval career. I have two children, Mya (8) and Denzel (12).
