About Me

Hey, welcome to my myspace... Above all else music means more to me than anything. I usually listen to at least a few hours of music a day. I play guitar (along with a little bit of bass and keyboard/piano). Drums are also fun to mess around on (even though I can't really play them for shit). I really love jamming out with friends. Right now I'm working on a band with a couple other guys. We hope to start playing shows in duluth sometime in late june. Besides music I also really like fishing and swimming in the summer and just hanging out with friends. You scored as Earth-Child, You're a very peaceful person who has very strong beliefs. Others see you as spiritual, and you really are. You see magic as a resource to be used wisely. The earth really is your mother, and you'll remain close to her as long as you live.

My Interests

Listening to music, playing guitar, writing tunes, jamming with friends, writing/poetry (see blog), watching movies, fishing, swimming, running track and cross country, hanging out with friends, inside jokes, making fun of rednecks...

I'd like to meet:

Jimmy Page (Former Led Zeppelin guitarist), Justin Pierre (Vocalist, lyricist, and rhythm guitarist for Motion City Sountrack) and of course George W Bush (Dumbass of the United States)

Music:

I listen to a large variety of music. I listen to everything from blues and classic rock, to reggae, to metal, to indie/progressive rock, to grunge, and punk. A few of my alltime favorite bands are Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Silverchair and Motion City Soundtrack. I also love Nirvana, The Academy Is, The Who, The Wallflowers, AFI, Van Morrsion, AC/DC, Third Eye Blind, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Derek and the Domigos, Bob Dylan, The Allman Brothers, Steve Miller Band, The Ramones, The Clash, Matchbox 20, L7, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Kinks, Cream, John Lennon, Greenday, Jet, The Grateful Dead, Yes, Deep Purple, Sublime, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Pink Floyd, Oasis, Neil Young, Leo Kottke, Blink 182, Amos Lee, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Kansas, The Eagles, CCR, Cat Stevens, Blue Oyster Cult, Bloc Party, Ben Folds, Brand New, Reel Big Fish, The Band, Bob Dylan, Armor for Sleep, and countless more...

Movies:

A few favs are Forest Gump, Blow, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2, Super Troopers, Star Wars Trilogy (fuck yes), Reservoir Dogs, Dazed and Confused, Pulp Fiction, Jackass 1 & 2, Pirates of the Carribean, Fight Club, City of God, Boondock Saints, and Spiderman III (better than the first two).

Television:

I don't watch too much TV. I watch South Park once in a while, and re-runs of Chappelle's Show. I also like The Daily Show, and The Colbert Report. That 70's show is also great. Other than that I watch music videos once in a while and that's about it.

Books:

I really don't read very much traditional literature. A few of my favorite authors though are Ken Follet, James Clavell, and John Steinbeck. Alltime favorite book would probably have to be The Pillars of the Earth.

Heroes:

Chuck Norris (fuck he's badass)

My Dream

I feel I should share a dream I had last night... I was settled at my house, with no one there other than myself. It was dark outside and everything was wet from the rain the night...
