Today, dragonboating is a sport that high school, college, and adult crews participate in. It requires people with dedication and endurance. For Washington's and Wallenburg's dragonboat team, we practice every Sunday for at least two vigorous hours. It not only works your arms, but also your legs and especially your lower back.
