okay, so i have found that if i get three hours of solid sleep my body wakes its self up and says' you've slept tooo much wake up and feed the kid and change her diaper and maybe in another five hours...

doctors apt and baby update |
so, i went to the doctors yesterday and there is some good news and some bad news.
good news is that whatever contractions i was having which i'm not having anymore have dialated me one centimeter :)
