Oh geez, I dunno. I guess just the basics. Shy at first, but once you get me started - I can't shut up. That's just the sad, yet honest truth.
Still kinda new to Springfield. Yes, I've lived out here for over a year and I still consider myself "new". I have just recently learned that I live on the "south" side of town and I only know my little circle between home and work.
Not sure what else to tell. I guess my goal in life is to get started on a career. I want to be a pastry chef. Bake and decorate amazing cakes. So next Spring (2010) I'm thinking of enrolling at OTC and getting started on their culinary programs.
