About Me
Hey! I don't really know where to start. I'm 21 yrs old, and I am a student at the geneva university, switzerland. I have both swiss and french nationalities though through my mother, and in my heart, I am lebanese. I grew up in switzerland, that quiet country of western europe, I went to school in different parts of the country. At age 17, just before my finals in highschool, I got saved, and became a christian, after a long period of my life ( I know it's relative, cause I'm just 20 but...It felt long) of average, mediocre, sad, and self destructive experiences. Then, by the grace of God I could graduate and the next summer I went on a humanitarian trip to benin, where I helped building an apprenticeship center for girls in the area of central benin called " the hills " ( like in rwanda, I know...), where usually, young girls have a high probability to be sold as slaves to older and richer men. After that I moved from the "Vaud" county in switzerland, to the next on at the far west end of the country, in Geneva. Where I started studies in Japanese and in fus.ha arabic. The next summer, I went to India, and crossed South India with friends, to visit our churches there, and end up in an orphanage our church built in the outskirts of Bombay, called Karunna Sharan ( hindi: Shelter of mercy) The following year, I have also been teaching in a private christian school in geneva, as a volunteer. And throughout the whole year I have been traveling to hungary about once in a month. Last summer I went on a missionary trip to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, which was an amazing experience for me, because I could spend some quality time with God and great friends.We visited prisons, schools, villages, etc, it was awesome. This year I will obtain my bachelor's degree, and after the summer I am praying to go live in Lebanon for about one year. There...I guess it's pretty much a summary of what's my situation right now. I'm a happy 21 yrs old christian student, whose life God changed beyond his dreams.I have a now 18 yrs old awesome and amazing brother living in Bern, who's studying IT, and a great step brother who's starting a job in an electronics department store.
