About Me

I'd like to think of myself as a regular guy. I was born in Oklahoma, but moved when I was very young. I've lived all over. I went to high school in Panama, and college at West Virginia University. I was a medic in the army. I got back from Iraq in March of '05 and decided to hike the Appalachian Trail. Currently I am hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. I love the outdoors.... kind of a regular boy scout. I have 3 older brothers that I'm very close to. I love all kinds of music, all kinds of sports, all kinds of people. I love to laugh and smile. In fact most of the time I have a shitty grin on my face no matter what's going on. I love to travel and experience new cultures, but I'm still just a good 'ol country boy at heart.

Music:

Almost Anything and just about everything. Classic Rock, Blues, Country, Bluegrass, Alternative Rock, Jazz, etc.

Movies:

A little bit of everything.

Television:

I'm a nerd. I like the Discovery Channel, History Channel, National Geographic Channel, etc. As well as ESPN of course. I also like Family Guy (love to laugh). I used to watch ER, West Wing, and similar shows however I have not been watching too much tv lately.

Books:

I enjoy reading literature about Native American Culture.

SCUBA SANTA

I ran into an older hiker on the trail. His trail name is Santa (we all get a nickname on the trail which we go by rather then our "real" name.... mine is Witch Doctor). Anyway, his health wasn't...
