falling heartsI'm a wife, a mom, a sister and a daughter,a friend to some, a bitch to others, and... dare I say grandma... but most of all I'm just me. I'm funny and I have a warped sense of humor. I'm kind, loveable,and just a little bit wicked. I have a temper, but once the issue is out and dealt with I'm over it. I'm outspoken and not afraid to speak my mind. I'm passionate about my opions, though I try to be openminded to others. I've been told often that I'm very blunt. At this point in life I guess tack isn't what I'm going for. I don't like to be cruel, but I can go for the throat with the best if need be.
I grew up in a small town in Michigan, and haven't traveled very far in the world. My dad has traveled the world over, seeing things I can't begin to fathom. He just reciently came back from a trip to Tibet. I'm absolutly fascinated that he goes to these exotic places. Me... I'm not the traveler, I'm the homebody. I love my home, our space in the world.
I enjoy people from all walks of life,I work at a Community College and interact with different people all the time.I enjoy reading, shooting handguns, (yes really... I own several and have a CCW!) Yes I absolutly believe in the second amendment. Our God given right to protect ourselves.
Pray it never comes to that for me and mine, but if the need every arises I can be confident that I don't have to depend on anyone else... I can take care of my self.
I really like dogs especially German Shepherds.. but I don't have any anymore. I love basketball. I am totally a Pistons fan! I'm just getting into football, I’m a U of M football fan, I'm not too thrilled with the Lions but we'll see. I like putzing in the garden; I have issues with rose bushes. I like making necklaces... beadwork, and I'm a novice with that. I've made a couple of nice things. I like to kick it around the house on sunday mornings. I enjoy it when my husband puts on the music and it beats through the house filling the air with all the energy it brings. My husband has several kick ass sound systems through out our home and we crank it on and rock!
