I believe that everything happens for a reason. You might not necessarily understand that reason, bu

About Me

There's really not much about that's not already on here. I'm married to an incredible man that God put in my path. I never in a million years would have thought I'd ever meet someone who loves me the way Jim loves me. I am blessed to have a beautiful baby boy named Isaiah. He has taught me and continues to teach me things I once knew, but have forgotten. My family is the most important thing in my life. I don't know where I'd be without all the help I get from them (Thanks guys!). I was born and raised in NY. I miss Brooklyn sometimes but life down South is a lot slower paced. But I REALLY miss the pizza and the bagels. YUMMMMMM :-)

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Music:

I like a lot of different music types. I guess if I like how it sounds, it really doesn't matter what genre it is. Some examples are:
Shakira;
Sean Paul;
Don Omar;
Baby Ranks;
and Evanescence.

Movies:

My all-time FAVORITE movie is Cinderella. I'm not exactly sure why though.
I like Disney movies ,
I like the Harry Potter Series,
I really like Moulin Rouge. I think it's a great love story.

Television:

I watch a lot of Spongebob Squarepants these days....not that I'm complaining. :-)
I also like the Backyardigans....I mean I watch it with Isaiah. LOL

Books:

I'm more of a magazine kinda girl. I try to keep up with all the latest kids stuff.

Heroes:

My heroes are definately my parents. My dad was born in the Dominican Republic and came over to the US with his family. My mom was born in Mexico and came over to the US with a family she was to babysit for. Thru the years they met, got together, dated and got married. I am so proud of what they've accomplished on thier own. We would not be where we are today without thier hard work, sweat and at times tears. I am proud of my culture, which only they have taught me about. I can only pray to be half as good a teacher, friend and parent to my son (and other children if I'm blessed with more). Mami, Papi, los quiero mucho.
