I'm Stephen J. Jenkins, CEO/Head Chef of SHCI. Along with my business partner A. Jelani Bellamy(CFO/Cert. Master Bartender) SHCI provides a varied range of culinary options as well as bartending services. We are currently operating in the NY Metro Area but have done events in many states along the North East US.
