It's been awhile since I've updated my page. But alot has changed from the time I've joined myspace. I'm going to be a mommy now, so my interests have definitely changed. I still love music and love to read. I am not college educated but I prefer to say I am self-educated. I used to love going out dancing, but that's not going to happen for awhile. Have you ever seen a woman, who was 6 months pregnant, try to dance to David Banner's "Play"? It is not sexy! But it is entertaining to watch.
Right now, my interests are very family oriented right now. Nick and I are getting ready for our daughter's arrival. But I must say, nothing motivates you more than your children. I have accomplished more in these last few months and have developed so much more personally, and professionally than I have ever before. And I have to say that I wouldn't have achieved any of this in this short period of time if it isn't for our baby. Nick and I are just trying to make changes in our lives now, so we can change our family tree.

I love listening to jazz music or anything that reflects the jazz influence. I also love slow jams, and r & b and hip hop. Some of my favorite artists are Maxwell, Floetry, Jill Scott, Goapele and a new artist name Hope. To flip it a bit, I dig Young Jeezy, 3-6 Mafia. Juelz Santana, LL Cool J (he's sexy), T.I. and David Banner. Some groups and artists that get me hyped up are Destiny's Child, Ciara, and Black Eyed Peas. I know....but I don't care...I love the BEP's. And Pussy Cat Dolls too.

Television:
I am hooked on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and relish watching Desperate Housewives. I enjoy the smart, subtle humor in Boston Legal, and the drama in Grey's Anatomy. I've also started to watch Prison Break, and although, if you really think about it, there are alot of loose endes, but still, the storyline will get you hooked. Plus it's got that hot guy from Mariah Carey's video.
Books:
If I'm looking for an intelligient thriller, I enjoy books by Dan Brown. He is the author of "Angels & Demons" and "The Da Vinci Code".
If I'm looking for romance, I enjoy historical novels by Johanna Lindsey, and mystical romance novels by Karen Marie Moning.
I also enjoy kinky erotica by Zane. She is simply orgasmic.
I also love mysteries by Janet Evanovich. I find her Stephanie Plum series to be hilarious and exciting. I feel like I know some of the characters personally.
