The Masked Djs

-- From In The Mix -- The Masked DJs are an undisclosed group of electro DJs – no one knows how many of them or who they are. They represent the dirty side of electro – a rebellion against all things cheesy. The masks they wear when they DJ represent a backlash against the big-name, rock-star DJs – they are purposely nobodies. They want the club kids, to forget about the “superstar Dj” image, and remember the reason why they all started going out to begin with; the music, the socializing and just the overall vibe. For them, its not about who’s playing, its about the music. The masked DJs are about bringing the scene back to why it was created – dancing in a club to good music that you can’t hear churned out on the radio.
