With his 1st TV commercial under his belt by the age of 4, Marcus LeGall III never sought the entertainment industry; it actually found him sitting in a pre-school class. Over the years, the camera found Marcus doing what came natural to him, entertaining and enjoying life. By the time he was 24, he had gone on to do several TV commercials, Music Videos, TV shows, a Play and more. As a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at Cal State Northridge, he continued to shine, as the team of All-Star Alpha’s he co-led began to “Step†all around the United States, bringing “Fraternity Stepping†to the mainstream in addition to racking up an unprecedented string of 1st place Step Show victories. With a long list of shows and sponsors, Marcus excelled at everything from Gatorade Commercials, to halftime spots at MTV Rock N Jock games as well as spots on “A Different World†and “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air†to name a few. With diversity being one of his greatest attributes, Marcus has touched many levels of the industry from writing to producing as well as performing. In the late 90’s Marcus was chosen to be the regional voice of Taco Bell radio ads in the South, East and Midwest Regions as well as for certain National spots. He reigned for 5+ years as the voice of the Taco Bell “Homeboyâ€. During this period, he wrote several noteworthy and one award winning spots for the campaign. Marcus was aided by his comfort level in the recording studio, which was really due to his love for music. At 18 years old he was signed to his 1st management contract in the Bay Area as a rapper in the Duo “Cool as Iceâ€. His best friend and Bay Area local success story Marcel “Cool†Anderson; creator of one of the Bay’s most successful video shows Backstage Pass, was also his rhyme partner. They have both evolved from the Artist phase of the industry to the Executive side and have begun to make the moves and contacts that suggest longevity and success in the industry. It was the combined energies of Marcus and Close friend Kenny Bereal however, that began to take him and Marcus’ musical aspirations to the next level. Marcus and Kenny consistently scrounged up money during the college years to get in and record music at local studios in Los Angeles. With a hot style and sick beats produced by Kenny, they pulled together several groups over the years until they matured into seasoned executives of their own company, Hitclub Entertainment Group which has an extensive discography responsible for over 30,000,000 records sold worldwide. This duo’s track record landed them squarely in the eye of Jerry Holden, President and CEO of Tyad Music Group, and as they say “the rest is historyâ€. With a God given ear for good music, and a knack for sniffing out the hottest business deals, Marcus has seemingly come from “under the radar†and is quickly becoming a force in this industry. As the VP of A&R for N-Fluence Records, he will duplicate the Hitclub formula for success, but on a much larger scale. It’s like he always says, “In the end, it’s all about the music.â€
