About Me

if you knew me before '05, there's a lot of catching up to do. namely, i'm not nearly as big of an asshole as i once was. i try not to destroy things anymore, and fashion choices are made based on what actually looks good on me, and not what will piss off my parents. the social retardation is still prevalent. and women still don't like me for reasons that are still unexplainable. i still take dance classes. i still care deeply for my family. overall i'm not nearly as pissed off as i used to be. oh yeah, and i'm a lot pickier with who i make friends with. and i got rid of my car, subsequently my ass is a lot smaller than it used to be, go figure.

My Interests

job hunting, bike riding, monkey watching, friend hanging, barbecuing, beach going, art making, dance making, sweet sweet love making.

I'd like to meet:

someone who can sell me a pimped out vintage citroen that's been converted to bio diesel, and then give me directions to a bio diesel station in southern california.

Music:

i'll tell you what i don't like. i don't like bob dylan, velvet underground, or nick cave. i don't like it when people judge how socially acceptable my personality may be on how many bands i can name that no one else can. i like noise, i like standing under the bridge when the drum corps practices and the freeway goes above and the train passes to the side, and somehow it all syncopates, and it's music.

Movies:

medium of visual absence, somewhat of an obsession, when they're good they're good, right.

Television:

miami ink, dancelife, law and order, antiques roadshow, globetrekker.

Books:

i'm currently reading "In Cold Blood" and can understand now why it's hailed as a classic.

Heroes:

Helen Caldicott.my big sister.

I was hoping to avoid the canvassers. Keep my head up, look blankly, straight ahead, and whatever you do, avoid eye contact. I have no time to save the children. I only want a burrito, and the clock i...
